I love sharing this time with you. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you find an idea, a nugget, a truth here that serves and inspires you.
If you came to my house, I'd sit down with you and we'd drink coffee. I'd listen. I'd encourage you to receive your life, all the parts, especially the hard ones. And than ask you to listen to what you are being called. What is the heartache inviting you to become, see, hear, love, transform, lead, change, give or be?
And I'd encourage you to do just that.
To just be you. To follow your heart. To beat your drum. To become all you are created to be.
Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation
My son Ethan was born with a congenital heart defect in 2005. Though he lived on this earth just 7 years, he transformed our lives forever. I founded Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation to fill in the gaps our family experienced as we cared for Ethan. We provide practical support, fund research and spread joy as we support the congenital heart disease community.
I write about topics that tug my heart. I write about my life as a mom to four boys, one who lives in Heaven, two healthy middles and my youngest living well with congenital muscular dystrophy. I write about finding purpose, navigating grief, about faith and about how we can grow and become in and through our suffering. I'm passionate about advocating for children with chronic illness and special needs.
I love to encourage people and challenge them (and myself) to be their best. I am a student on this earth and I'm learning as I go.
Four Hearts Shop
I created Four Heart Shop to support support the Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation's mission of supporting children and families facing congenital heart disease. This is shop full of two things I love, fashionable clothes and inspiring words.
